Day two ~Virginia trip Part three

We try to stay at a Country Inn & Suites every time we take trips :).

The next day, after getting everyone up and dressed, we headed out to eat at Bob Evans. This apparently used to be a favorite restaurant of Daddy and Mommy's, they were pleased to find that Richmond had one :). While we were there, another man came in and started talking to Daddy. He was the first person outside of our family that we had a "just for" conversation with, and, would you believe it? He had 15 children! That was neat :).
We spent the next few hours looking at some of the neighborhoods that had had some promising houses. It was entertaining at times ;). (Watch for one of the upcoming Virginia trip Parts, "About Virginia maps"...)

He is super photogenic... he was crying ten seconds
before I took these pictures, but I picked up the camera
and he stopped almost instantly, haha... show off ;).

This one isn't loading right... at least you
can still see Tori's smiling face :).

After we had looked at neighborhoods (during which Daddy decided he did not want to end up living in Amelia!), we headed to Daddy's new store! Daddy played it casual, it was kind of funny when the staff found out that their new manager had been in the store for half an hour and they didn't know it, haha (I was halfway across the store, and I could tell when they found out ;) )! Abbi and Emmi were thrilled to learn that this store also had Veggietales items in it ;)...
That night we decided to have pizza for supper (we get pizza for supper one night every time we're in a hotel), and that proved to be a challenge! We wanted Little Caesars, our favorite, but it didn't appear that the area around our hotel had one, so we decided that we would go with Pizza Hut, which we were sure we had seen. But, when we found it, it turned out they only sold mini pizzas!!! Thankfully we found a Papa Johns, or I believe we would have had to break tradition ;). Then Daddy and Mommy went into Target to get a few things, and we had to face finding Papa Johns again to pick up our order! Daddy knew the area pretty well after being up and down the road about four times now though, so he found it with no issues :).
After supper, Daddy and I had another tatting conversation that seemed like it was going in exactly the same direction as the tatting conversation the night before, but it ended much quicker ;)! I think we've figured out the language we both use for that now... hopefully. ;)
Mommy read some from the first "Grandma's Attic" book, and after devotions we all settled into bed After shifting the sleeping arrangement from what it had been the night before. Let it suffice to say that the second night Abbi and Emmi slept better ;).

Andrew desperately wanted to sleep in the arm chair, so that's where he ended up... He looked kind of squished, but he seemed to enjoy it!
